This 8 Kilometers long PMGSY Road from Rulchawn to Mualpheng village connects Mualpheng village to the district's main road.

The district road which further connects to Saitual and Aizawl. The road provides connectivity to markets, administration offices and educational institutions. Prior to the construction of this Road no motorized road was available from Mualpheng village to the Division and District Headquarters.
